Here is a map of the draft Urban Village rezone for the Central Area of Seattle. Not many properties are actually being rezoned. The areas in which homes are being rezoned have hash marks through them. The biggest changes are to single family zones where the minimum lot size will go from 5,000 square feet to only 2,000 square feet. The other thing to keep in mind is that they state that a goal is to avoid splitzoning blocks….so there is a possibility that your property could be up-zoned if you have a higher density zone on your block.
